How to step out of overwhelm and begin living from a place of more calm, even if you have so much on your to-do list you don't know where to begin.

You know there has to be more to life — more freedom, more peace, more energy, more of you. But you definitely don't need more information, more pressure, or a more detailed plan. As midlife women, we are already overloaded enough.

You need clarity, simplicity, and a realistic way forward that actually fits around your life. And you need time and space just to breathe, and figure out your next steps.

Not a transformation. Not a complete overhaul.
A starting point. A first step. A clearer way forward.

Is this you?

This 10-day event is for you if…

  • You've reached the point in your life when you're fed up of saying yes to everyone else but yourself.
  • You know there's a version of you that you want to be living through, but you can't quite reach her.
  • You just don't quite feel like yourself any more (in fact sometimes you wonder if you might be going mad).
  • You crave space and time to figure out what YOU actually want in this next life stage.
  • You feel like things should be getting easier by now but somehow it's feeling harder.
  • You've tried the meditation, the solo walks, the bedtime routines, but consistency keeps slipping.
  • You can feel the years moving faster and frankly, it's a little daunting.
  • Your sudden anger sometimes scares you (and yet it feels justified).
  • You can feel old age creeping ever closer and frankly, it's scary.

If you're nodding along, you're absolutely in the right place.

Here's what we know about you

You're not the problem. The advice you've been given is.

  • More information. You're already drowning in it.
  • A stricter plan, more willpower, a longer to-do list. You don't need any of that.
  • Someone telling you to try harder. You definitely don't need that either.

What you need is clarity, simplicity and a realistic way forward that fits around your actual life — not some imagined version of it.

The real reason you haven't managed to prioritise yourself yet isn't that you're lazy, or that you don't deserve it, or that you've not tried hard enough. It's that everything around you has been designed to add more — more steps, more habits, more information, more pressure.

Resilient works differently. We take things away.

Imagine this

What if it wasn't a wishlist — just a simple decision?

Feeling flattened by every hurdle → Confidently leaping over them, or bouncing back when you stumble
So busy you forget to drink water till the end of the day → New habits that let you pause, without the guilt
Drifting through the day on autopilot → Waking up knowing how you want to feel, and how to make that happen
Fighting your body → Understanding it
Guessing what matters → A framework, personal to your life, that tells you what matters right now and what can wait

What Resilient is (and isn't)

This is not a transformation programme.

You don't need a different life, a younger body, or a new brain. We're not asking you to overhaul your life, join the 5am club, or become a different person. This is your starting point.

Over 10 days, we'll help you:

  • Understand why doing less is often the most powerful thing you can do right now
  • Identify what actually matters to you in this life stage (and what can wait)
  • Discover calming tools — movement, breath, nervous system techniques
  • Stop setting expectations that don't fit your current life. Forget all those 'shoulds'
  • Create consistent habits without relying on motivation or willpower
  • Make space for yourself — without the guilt
  • Build a personal stress-management toolkit you can return to again and again
NO Extremes NO All-or-nothing NO Overwhelm

We're stripping things back, cutting through the noise to give you practical, realistic support — in manageable steps. You don't need to figure this out on your own.

How it works

We know you're busy. Every day is designed to be genuinely doable.

Each day you'll get:

Read or watch

A short, focused piece of education. No hour-long videos. No essays. Just the thing you actually need that day.

Follow along

Calming movement, breathwork, or a somatic practice to do with us. Something for your body, not just your head.

Take action

One simple thing to apply to your own life, supported by a downloadable worksheet or checklist.

That's it. Deliberately light. Deliberately focused. Because the whole point is to show you that less really does work better.

In addition, you'll also get:

  • Three live group coaching calls — one to set the scene, one to take stock midway, and one final one to send you off with the clarity you need
  • A community forum — a safe space to ask questions, share, and support each other. Being with other women makes all the difference

A note on this phase of life

✕Menopause isn't your body letting you down.
✓It's your body asking you to listen differently.

The rules that worked in your 30s? They don't apply any more.

This phase is about:

  • Working with your energy
  • Choosing what actually matters
  • Doing less, but better

Recalibration isn't weakness. It's wisdom.

If you're ready to stop battling your body and start understanding it — Resilient is your next step.

FAQ

Still got questions?

Do I need to show up live every day?

No — all daily content is on the course platform and available for you to work through in your own time. The three live calls will also be recorded if you can't make them.

How much time do I need each day?

We've deliberately kept this light. Most days will ask for 20–30 minutes of your time. Because if it doesn't fit your life, it won't work — and we know that.

I've tried things like this before and not stuck at it. How is this different?

Because this isn't asking you to do more. It's asking you to do less, more intentionally. The daily actions are small by design. And the community and live calls mean you're not doing it alone.

Is this for me if I'm not sure whether I'm perimenopausal yet?

Absolutely. If you're a woman in midlife feeling the weight of everything that comes with this life stage — the stress, the identity shifts, the exhaustion — this is for you.

What happens after the 10 days?

You leave with your videos, your toolkit, and action plans. We'll also share details of how to continue working with us individually if you want ongoing support.

I'm ready.
